摘要：
In common with adults, children experience pain after an accident or surgery or during the course of an illness. However, the management of pain in this group of patients is not always adequate, partially because of fear of overdosage and partially because children often do not express their pain in the same way as adults and pain intensity can therefore be underestimated.
