摘要：
One criterion of the efficiency of modern production processes is the formation of a minimum of waste products in the given process. An information-retrieval system for processes developed to recycle metallurgical wastes has been created to systematize these technologies. It is proposed that recycling complexes which are based mainly on OXYCUP technology or also make use of the DECM process be built for individual factories or regional recycling centers.
