摘要：

The transverse divergent dislocation of elbow in children is a rare occurrence. Case of a 12-year-old girl is presented who sustained this injury along with circulatory compromise and ipsilateral fracture of distal radius and ulna. An early closed manipulation of the elbow restored joint and circulatory function. The distal radius fracture required open reduction and K wiring for optimum reduction and stability. © Springer-Verlag 2005.
