Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry policy effect evaluation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry has been established as an important pillar of the capital economy and new growth points, and starting in 2006 issued a series of policies to support it from 2006. Whether the policies are to achieve the desired effect has become an important issue for policy makers. This paper constructs the policy effect evaluation system for Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry, using the entropy method to determine the weight and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze effect, and then put forward the suggestions. The results show that the policy implementation effect of Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry is well. In which, the economic effect is obvious, and the development of social culture effect continue to improve.
