摘要
Presented are the results of the statistical analysis of the dynamics of wind speed and wind direction. Substantiated is the reasonability of using the normal distribution law for describing random increments in the wind speed and wind direction angle. Obtained is the parametric dependence of the variance of an increment in the wind speed and wind direction angle on the value of time discretization period. Parameters of this dependence are computed from experimental data using the method of least squares.
