摘要：

Für die rheumatoide Arthritis (RA) und die Erkrankungen aus dem Formenkreis der seronegativen Spondyloarthritiden (SpA) stehen zugelassene Medikamente in großer Zahl zur Verfügung. Auch bei diesen Erkrankungen existieren dennoch „Off-Label-Fallen“, die für verschreibende Rheumatologen in letzter Zeit zu einer Reihe von Regressen oder Regressandrohungen geführt haben. Bei der RA ist vor allem die Gruppe der Biologika betroffen, bei der Monotherapie, Abweichungen bezüglich Komedikation sowie bezüglich Dosierung die wichtigsten Risiken darstellen.
