摘要
We demonstrate a passively Q-switched laser with multilayer graphene as a saturable absorber (SA). The multilayer graphene is prefabricated using the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method and transferred onto the SiO2 facet. We use a prism to inhibit the generation of high-order longitudinal modes and mode-locked operation. We obtain the largest output power of 305 mW, a maximum repetition rate of 145 kHz, and the narrowest pulse width of 572 ns at a pump power of 3 W.
