摘要
Allozyme polymorphism of a number of enzyme systems in mono- and dikaryotic cultures of the fungus Schizophyllum commune Fr. isolated from basidiocarps, selected in Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernihiv, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine and Crimea was studied. As a result, 16 alleles of seven gene-enzyme loci were detected. Amy-2, Got, Acp, Sod, and Est-1 loci are considered perspective for use in the population genetic studies of the fungus.
