:
The design features are treated of combined-cycle units (CCUs) utilizing V94.3A Siemens, GTE-110 Saturn, and GTE-160 LMZ gas turbines for the purpose of constructing new power plants in Russia designed to meet the requirement of high maneuverability. The problem is discussed of employing bypass smoke stacks for different CCU options with a view to improving their maneuverability and advance commissioning of a new power. © Nauka/Interperiodica 2006.
