摘要
The finite-element method is applied for the numerical simulation of gas filtration in porous inhomogeneous media. The model is based on the fractional derivatives with respect to time in terms of the Grünvald–Letnikov operator. The results of numerical analyses are verified by comparing with real-life empirical data on physical and geometric parameters to reveal their excellent agreement. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.
