Purpose. Efficacy and safety of toremifene (TOR) 60mgs/dayly/o.r. was compared with tamoxifen (TAM) 40mgs/dayly/o.r. in a group of postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer, without previous systemic therapy for advanced breast cancer.
