摘要：
Helicobacter pylori induziert eine chronisch-aktive Gastritis, auf deren Grundlage sich Beschwerden und Folgeerkrankungen wie die gastroduodenale Ulkuskrankheit, das gastrale MALT-Lymphom, das Magenkarzinom, die Dyspepsie sowie einige extragastrale Erkrankungen entwickeln können. Neben dem Nachweis der Infektion setzt eine Eradikationsbehandlung eine etablierte Indikation voraus. Sowohl für die Erstlinien- als auch die Rezidivtherapie stehen wirksame Protokolle zur Verfügung.
