摘要：
Stromatumoren können im gesamten Gastrointestinaltrakt auftreten. Sie wachsen vorwiegend intramural sowie verdrängend, weshalb sie häufig erst ab einer bestimmten Größe symptomatisch werden. Ein Fünftel wird zufällig im Zuge einer Bilddiagnostik entdeckt. Die Therapie der Wahl ist die vollständige Resektion, doch müssen einige Parameter beachtet werden. In der Nachsorge sollte der Hausarzt auf die Einhaltung von Terminen achten.
