摘要
The dependence of BaTiO3 powder morphology evolution during decomposition of barium titanyl-oxalate and subsequent barium titanate synthesis on heating rate is studied. It is established that the mechanisms of morphology development depend upon the heating mode and the necessity of a nonlinear heating schedule is proven. This schedule makes it possible to avoid some limitations of linear heating schedule and to use their advantages.
