摘要
Titania-coated Au nanobipyramids (NBP@TiO2) with a high photothermal conversion efficiency in the NIR-II window are synthesized. The TiO2 shell is capable for the loading of the anticancer drug combretastatin A-4 phosphate (CA4P).The CA4P-loaded NBP@TiO2 nanostructures subjected with photothermal therapy induce synergistic anticancer and antiangiogenesis effects under 1064-nm laser irradiation at a power density lower than the skin tolerance threshold value.
