摘要
The interaction between graphene on a substrate and charged particles moving with different rates (from thermal to Bohr’s) is studied by the molecular dynamics method. An approach is used, in which chemical-bond formation and breakage are taken into account by the ReaxFF potential. The characteristic dependences of the interaction forces of moving charged particles on the graphene-substrate distance are considered. Data on the polarization energy of the system as a function of the graphene-substrate distance are obtained. © 2015, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
