摘要
Traditional construction is easy to bring resources waste and quality defects; thereby, improving the engineering construction level and quality is highly required. To effectively enhance the measurement accuracy of traditional measurement methods, the dynamic monitoring technique of the bored pile pouring process on the basis of the multi-frequency ultrasound is developed. Because of the contradiction between the measurement accuracy and the particular scene monitoring environment in the traditional single pulse transmission mode, this paper reasonably constructs the ultrasonic excitation mode to meet the needs of high-precision monitoring of characteristic parameters in a complex monitoring environment. Firstly, combined with the characteristics of ultrasonic measurement in the concrete pouring process, the ultrasonic transmission characteristics of the bored pile are systematically analyzed, and the dynamic monitoring model of the ultrasonic pouring process is established. Subsequently, the hardware and software structural design of a multi-frequency ultrasonic monitoring system is proposed to ensure the real-time acquisition and storage of dynamic monitoring data in the process of bored pile pouring. The target characteristic signal search rule is methodically established based on a large body of collected data to screen the effective target echo signal in the complex signals. Finally, the dynamic monitoring technique based on multi-frequency ultrasound is developed to effectively calculate the dynamic characteristic parameters of the bored pile pouring process. The feasibility and the accuracy of this newly developed technique are carefully checked through the comparative analysis of indoor and outdoor testing.
