摘要
Background: Primary hyperparathyroidism is one of the most common causes of hypercalcemia. Inherited forms of primary hyperparathyroidism like Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 1, Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 2a, Hyperparathyroidism-Jaw Tumor Syndrome or isolated familial tumors are not common for our population. Results: We present a case of primary hyperparathyroidism in a 38-year-old Turkish man with hyperaldosteronism (Conn's syndrome). Conclusion: Genetic studies could not reveal any mutation. We could not identify any inherit form of the diseases. We wanted the first-line relatives examination of the suspected gene mutation, but they refused. © 2015 Sarlakjali et al.
