摘要
The development of new amorphous alloys for electronic engineering is discussed. The factors responsible for the physical properties of alloys are analyzed as a function of metallurgical characteristics and the atomic fine structure. In the same terms, alloy reliability is considered. © 2015, Allerton Press, Inc.
