Unified measurements and metrological support are considered for diagnosis, therapy, and surgery; here the metrologist deals with a human being as a measurement object, and a classification is given of the latest methods and facilities for use in these three areas of medicine. Particular attention is paid to unifying and standardizing methods of making measurements with medical apparatus.
