摘要
Die unikompartimentelle Arthrose ist häufig mit Varus- oder Valgusdeformität assoziiert. Deformitäten im distalen Femur können mittels „closed wedge“ distaler Femurosteotomie (DFO) korrigiert werden. Die operative biplanare Technik kann unter Berücksichtigung einiger Tipps und Tricks in minimal-invasiver Technik durchgeführt werden. Der Videobeitrag stellt das operative Vorgehen mit Tipps und Tricks sowie Hinweisen für die Praxis dar. Trotz kleinem Zugang kann ein sicheres operatives Vorgehen erreicht werden.
