摘要：
An investigation was made of the electrophysical characteristics of chains of high-temperature superconducting Josephson junctions on a bicrystal substrate. Their interaction with millimeter radiation was also studied. It was shown that these chains can be used to detect millimeter and submillimeter radiation.
