摘要
The present contribution in the Journal of Applied Organizational "Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation. (GIO)" Psychology deals with the interdisciplinary control concept of strategic communication. An organizational developer must have the appropriate instruments to intervene in the organizational system if he wants to perfect his profession. It also makes sense that economically responsible persons, communication managers and human resource managers have an eye on organizational change as a target dimension and do not just withdraw into their own disciplines. In the future, the digitalization of communication in the form of social media management will play a key role in organizational development.
