摘要
Nanogenerators are very much dependent on the materials employed in their manufacture for their efficiency and application. Nanogenerator is integrated into metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) in the production of self-powered sensors and wearable electronic systems. MOFs provide very high-performance, physically, electrically, chemical and optically optimized nanogenerators. This study highlighted the state-of-the-art MOF-based nanogenerators in terms of key rating, energy efficiency and energy recovery techniques, particular benefit, output efficiency and applications. In addition, some problems may limit the use of MOF-based nanogenerators, which also address many obstacles and possible research direction in this growing sector.
