Bei symmetrischer Anordnung von Einsatz und Wicklung werden die Wirbelstromdichte und die induzierte Leistung im endlich langem zylindrischem Einsatz berechnet. Weiter werden unter gewissen Vereinfachungen die Stromverteilung und die Verluste in der Spule bestimmt.
