摘要
Studies of modification of polyester resin binder with carbon nanotubes have shown that, during ultrasonic dispersion of carbon nanotubes into binder, its viscosity decreases and the strength of nanocomposite increases. It has been shown that there is an optimal value of the mass concentration of carbon nanotubes that corresponds simultaneously to the maximum strength of the nanocomposite and the minimum viscosity value. Experiments have shown that the rate of change of the color intensity of a nanosuspension can be used as the parameter of the completeness of the flow process of nanomodification under industrial conditions. The principles of nanosuspension preparation in ultrasound field and the intrinsic moments of the steps of flow process have been determined. The relationships for the calculation of the duration of ultrasound treatment of a binder that provides the required homogeneity of suspension, as well as for the determination of the power of the ultrasound generator for binder nanomodification, have been obtained. © 2015, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
