Defects with temperature-dependent properties and peculiarities of phase transitions

摘要
The influence of defects with changing properties on the characteristics of structural phase transitions has been theoretically investigated. The effect of repolarizing defects on the dielectric susceptibility and the dynamics of the order parameter has been studied and the temperature dependences of these characteristics have been obtained. The contribution of the defect states to the formation of a diffuse phase transition with dispersion at low frequencies is discussed.
