摘要：
Eine chronische Rhinosinusitis mit (CRSwNP) oder ohne (CRSsNP) nasale Polyposis bedeutet für viele Patienten eine starke Einschränkung der Lebensqualität. Typische Symptome umfassen eine Nasenatmungsbehinderung, Riechstörungen, einen nasalen Sekretfluss sowie Schmerzen oder Druckgefühl. Goldstandard in der Diagnostik ist eine nasale Endoskopie mit anschließender Bildgebung mittels Computertomographie der Nasennebenhöhlen. Neben der Erstlinientherapie mit topischen oder systemischen Glukokortikoiden, Nasenspülungen sowie der chirurgischen Therapie ist in Deutschland seit 2019 auch der Einsatz von monoklonalen Antikörpern zugelassen.
