摘要
Semilabeo obscurus, as an endangered species, is a certain economic fish in China and Vietnam. However, study on its genetic diversity is still lacking. In this study, 168 candidate SNPs were verified by Sanger-sequencing. Of these, 123 polymorphic SNP markers were successfully genotyped. The observed heterozygosity (Ho), expected heterozygosity (He) and polymorphic information conten (PIC) ranged from 0.0968–0.9310 (mean 0.3590), 0.0936–0.5085 (mean 0.3550) and 0.0879–0.3750 (mean 0.2807), respectively. Only 3 SNPs (Sob-016, Sob-050 and Sob-115) were significantly deviated from Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium (P < 0.05). Our study may help researchers better understand the genetic traits of S. obscurus, and provide reference for further protecting and reasonably utilizing its genetic resources.
