摘要
The adsorption of a flavoanoid, quercetin, from water–ethanol solutions on the highly dispersed silica surface was investigated as a function of the ethanol and polyvinylpyrrolidone concentrations. Solvation effects of quercetin in the molecular and deprotonated forms and also in the adsorbed state were theoretically considered.
