Intramural Intestinal Nematode Causing Small Bowel Obstruction

摘要：
A 46-year-old female presented with an acute abdomen. A CT scan revealed a long segment of distal ileal wall thickening with adjacent fat stranding and mesenteric haziness. An exploratory laparotomy found a mass at the transition point causing intramural obstruction. Pathology showed an anisakid nematode within the ileal submucosa.
