摘要
A thermodynamic model for determining the surface tension of molten ionic mixtures, derived by considering the ionic radii, was applied to molten silicates containing a surface-active component B2O3, CaF2 Or Na2O. The calculated results of the present model were in agreement with the experimental data in these ternary systems over a wide temperature range.
