摘要
Knowledge-based Staff has played a very important role in enterprise in China's economic development, especially, the IT enterprise knowledge-based staff Performance Evaluation is not all smooth sailing. One of the most important restricting the development of knowledge-based staff is how to evaluate him scientifically. Therefore, evaluation knowledge-based staff performance has already become a new urgent task in enterprises management. The thesis analyzed the current situation from various angles to the IT enterprise, and put forward measures to Evaluate Knowledge-based employees.
