摘要
We present a 940nm-emitting VCSEL-array with 12 emitters for high optical output powers. The output characteristics show spectral single-mode behavior as well as a Gaussian-shaped far-field profile. The densely packed emitter design measures up to 3850 emitters/mm 2 and is easily scalable for high-power applications.
