摘要
Power and ground network design is an important issue in VLSI chip design, a new power and ground network design problems for cell-based VLSIs is discussed. In Contrast to the convetional P/G tree routing and optimization, a mesh based structure is presented in this paper, both the topology and area are optimized using three kind of algorithms. A greedy edge reduction algorithm is also presented in this papa to further minimize the routing area, Good Results are obtained using our algorithms. The results obtained shows that the algorithms are effective and efficient.
