摘要
This Ph.D. research aims at developing a tool for the observation and evaluation of teachers' practices in primary schools, and the contexts in which they occur. The main hypothesis is that observation, collection of data and consistent feedback to the subjects involved (stakeholders) can lead teachers to put into place some effective processes of formative evaluation.
