Analysis on Open Government Building Based on E-government

Nowadays, in the wave of the government reform throughout the world, the government's openness, transparency, responsibility, opening-up awareness has become the main theme. It's the common aspiration to create a service, originality and cooperation as the hallmark of an open government. At the same time, with the advent of the era of knowledge, economy, E-government is now in the ascendant. In the building of open government the following factors can be of great importance, such as the publicity of the E-government information, keeping the concept of service, overcoming the man-ruled administration, shaping the mutual trust and the interaction between the government and the citizens. The development of E-government plays an irreplaceable role in fostering the awareness of open government and mechanisms construction. In this paper, the author will analyze the countermeasures to the building of open government.
