摘要
A fully dense nanocrystalline ceramic consisting of ZrO(2), Al(2)O(3) and MgAl(2)O(4) was deformed at 1150 degrees C at a strain rate on the order of 10(-2) s(-1). Spark plasma sintering was used in this study as a means of consolidation as well as for subsequent superplastic deformation. (c) 2007 Acta Materialia Inc. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
