摘要
From the view of influences that technological innovation and value chain have on the Competitive advantage of enterprise, the article analyzes the role of the technology innovation in the evolution of value chain,and then puts forward the framework of the technique creative value chain, discusses its constituting causes, implementing process and operating mechanism.
