摘要：
This paper aims to determine which factors in a crisis environment lead companies to be innovative and resilient to overcome risk conditions. Therefore, a systematic literature review is used, including 100 articles published during the last two decades. Six thematic categories were found, and a relationship between innovation and business resilience due to the immersion of organizations in a complex and dynamic environment makes them aware of the need to continuously improve their processes, products, services, structures, and relationships.
