摘要
This study presents an evaluation of soil-geogrid interaction mechanisms. Pullout tests were carried out on different types of geogrid to evaluate the effects of transverse ribs and dilatancy characteristics of sand around the geogrid during unload-reload processes. The interaction was observed using particle image velocimetry and analyzed using a spatial discretization scheme in the finite element method to understand the dilatancy mechanism and the shear strain distribution.
