Quality control still goes with products or services. Generally, it can give three areas of the quality control development. The first area emphases on the process. But in the second area, a quality control not only takes care the defects but also provides attention of a cost of quality. In the third area, it combines between the process and the cost in the previous two areas. Dittman and Prakash [1] had designed a Markovian control of Markov processes. It is a two Markov matrix control model, and it considers the cost of product only but does not consider the cost of quality either. In this paper, three main topics will discuss. Firstly, we will extend double Markove process design to consider the "V' mask of cost of quality. This section will explain how to design the double Markovian process design in the controlled state, especially, to develop the multiple period model of the cost of quality from "V" mask Cusum chart, and point out how to make decision after associate two matrix. Secondly, it will compare to one Markovian control model, and discuss the advantages and limit when double Markov process design in using. The last, it will give summary and conclusion about it develop in the nearly future. To show the model approach in the practical field, the data of quality control system of a small fodder manufacturing company as the numerical example will be presented.
