摘要：

Three cases of severe hypotension associated with the use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) and intravenous administration of the synthetic colloid Gelofusin (Braun Medical Ltd) are presented. A possible mechanism of inter-action between ACEIs and Gelofusin is discussed. All three patients were treated successfully.
