摘要
In this paper, the vibration acceleration signal obtained by rail corrugation simulation is analyzed based on the variational mode decomposition (VMD) method. The envelope entropy of the decomposed signal is used as the index of rail corrugation identification, the vibration signal envelope entropy of the track spectrum simulation is used as an initial threshold, and combined with the smooth pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution (SPWVD) signal time-frequency analysis method, the vibration amplitude variation of different wave depth corrugation is studied and the wavelength and position of rail corrugation are identified. Finally, taking Guangzhou Metro Line 8 as an example, the vibration acceleration data of the axle box is collected by a rail corrugation online monitoring system, and the signal is filtered by the variable step length LMS (VSS-LMS) adaptive method, then the filtered signal is processed and analyzed by the parameter optimization VMD and SPWVD method. The results show that this method can effectively decompose vertical vibration acceleration signal of the axle box, calculate the envelope entropy of the decomposed signal, and obtain rail corrugation wavelength and position, and verify the feasibility of the method.
