摘要
Vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion was prepared by the implantation type ultrasound auxiliary equipment and emulsion polymerization methods. The effects of intensity of ultrasound auxiliary equipment, the reaction temperature, and the reaction time required, and other factors on preparation of vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion were discussed. The synthesis scheme of the vinyl acetate-acrylate latex was optimized. The experiment results show that the best polymerization condition of vinyl acetate-acrylate latex is under the condition of reaction temperature 65 degrees C, ultrasonic intensity 60W and reaction time 100min.
