摘要
In the context of globalization, English has become one of the skills that high-quality personnel must master. As an important means of cultivating students' comprehensive global vision, the traditional spoon-fed education of college English teaching can no longer satisfy the educational requirements of the information age. Therefore, the research of the personalized English teaching system becomes more and more important. Based on this, according to combine the computer WEB technology with related management principles in this paper, the necessity and significance of the individualized teaching system of college English were elaborated, then, the composition structure and technical feasibility of the new teaching mode were discussed, furthermore, a new personalized college English teaching system based on information technology was summarized. Therefore, the teaching quality of college English was improved, and the students' English learning enthusiasm was stimulated.
