摘要
In this paper, the myclobutanil (MYC) molecularly imprinted photonic crystal hydrogels sensor (MYC-MIPHS) was prepared by thermal polymerization with SiO2 microspheres as the substrate, MYC as the template molecule, 2-(Trifluoromethyl) acrylic acid (TFMAA) as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the cross-linking agent, analytical-grade 2,2-azobis-(2-isobutyronitrile) (AIBN) as the initiator and methanol as the solvent. The MYC-MIPHS had the characteristics of low cost, high stability and special recognition, and could be used to detect MYC in tobacco samples pretreated by MYC-MISPE (molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction), the diffraction peak of the MYC-MIPHS was rapidly red-shifted in the liquid with MYC and its analogs. It could realize the semi-qualitative detection of MYC within 18min by UV-Vis, and an MIPHS method for MYC detecting in tobacco was established.
