摘要：
The natural resources stored in the islands and its adjacent seas are precious assets for the survival and development of the Chinese nation. It is necessary to establish an intelligent monitoring system for Islands. The paper introduces the system composition and working principle of the island intelligent monitoring system based on Beidou; And the paper introduces the key processing algorithms and key modules of the system. The system realizes the remote intelligent collection and transmission of Island video data and ecological data.
