Propagation Model and Scale Model Experiment of Light Domain for Clutter Loss in Urban Areas

摘要
We predicted the clutter loss between a base station high up in the sky and a terrestrial mobile station in urban areas. In order to clarify the elevation angle characteristics of clutter loss at 100 GHz, the physical model using assumption of diffuse reflection on an building wall surface was proposed. In addition, a scale model experiment using visible light is conducted, and the validity of the proposal model is verified. A clutter loss at 100 GHz is predicted using the proposal model of light domain.
