摘要
There are many innovation projects and originality during the innovation management. This paper uses three methods of strategic management to analyze this problem then puts forward a new perspective of product innovation, and conies to the conclusion that Chinese enterprises should change the old way of R&D management to enhance the innovation capability. The whole purpose of the paper is to give some suggestions for enterprises at home, help them to cultivate their R&D competitiveness, especially the core competitiveness of sci-tech enterprises.
